Founded in 2013 by CEO Nathan West, WEC has been developed strongly driven by his local knowledge of the people and the industry having lived on the Central Coast all his life. Together with his father and Director of WEC, George West, these two Electricians come with a combined 67 years of industry experience and knowledge. Occupational Health & Safety
WEC Group has a strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety. The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) "Safety Guide for Elctrical Employees 2001" has been fully implemented. Highlighting WEC's commitment to safety and ongoing staff education sees that ALL staff from administration to technicians and Senior Management are First Aid and CPR qualified. Be it on the jobsite or in the office, safety is paramount. Job Safety / Risk analysis Reports and Safe Work Method Statements are provided to the client prior to the commencement of all projects.
